Using this framework, she teaches and facilitates organizations across industries, ranging from construction to financial services to non-profit.
Josie is also the Executive Director at I-Think, a non-profit grown out of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, focused on building change in education. She is involved with Integrative Thinking and Strategy courses in the Commerce and Executive Programs at the Rotman School.
